Arnika Suska - is a Licensed Nutritionist that can jump start and accompany you on your journey in to a healthy lifestyle. Her own journey with IBS consisted of countless appointments with doctors and yielded fruitless results that lead me to taking my health in to my own hands.

Arnika will be sharing her knowledge on how to get our heads around healthy food choices and debunking the Myths about:

Myth 1. All fats are bad - low fat or fat free products are always better

Myth 2. Carbs are the enemy and cause weight lose

Myth 3. Skipping meals helps in weight loss

Dr Alexia Cassar - is a Maltese lawyer with a focus on corporate and commercial law, having a keen interest in start-ups and SMEs.

She has graduated from the University of Malta’s Bachelor of Laws and Master of Advocacy degrees, and subsequently read for a Masters in International Business Law at Queen Mary University of London.

During this session, Dr Cassar will be discussing the importance of having a strong legal foundation when starting a business, the ABCs of Maltese company law and how having contractual agreements in place that can benefit your business .

Victoria Gilbert - Is the founder & trustee of :

Victoria calls herself a serial entrepreneur. She will be sharing how her passion began, along with her ups and downs on starting her entrepreneurial journey, with her Australian business called Love & devotion alchemy skin care.

Karin Caligari- Is a marketing professional and is passionate about content creation and recipe development combining strategic expertise with a creative approach to engage audiences and build brand presence.

she will be sharing her tips on how to kick start a strong presence on social media, key strategies to find your niche market, building an authentic brand and insider tips to grow your following and engage your audience effectively.
