Dana Carmont has been an entrepreneur since the age of 17. She calls herself a serial entrepreneur, as she turns her passions into small businesses!

Her background as a swimwear design assistant at the age of 16 at Australia’s prestigious swimwear company Seafolly Australia opened doors for Dana, as a Swim & Activewear designer, and her passion still ignites with her studio in Birkirkara, Malta.

Also known as a renowned body reshaping coach / Figure competitor in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years, she found her niche market with workout DVDs, designing stage bikinis for competitors globally, and running her own fitness model competitions to inspire, empower and build women’s confidence in Australia & Singapore.

Dana moved to Malta in 2017 to be close to her Maltese mum, who moved here 14 years ago from Australia to retire in her homeland.

Being a female entrepreneur, wife, and a mother of 2, Dana knows how hard it is to work on your business with mum duties and also connecting with other like-minded women with the same entrepreneurial goals.

Dana launched FEMALE. Community in 2019 with her ongoing passion to connect like-minded women socially for inspiration, empowerment, connections, and to support & promote women in business. FEMALE. Community brings women together with SOLD OUT FEMALE events in Malta.

The community creates opportunities for growth and connection through networking events, business workshops, coffee catch ups, brunches, and campaigns, and has expanded to include boutique markets on Sundays, providing a platform for women to showcase their talents and businesses.
